Ingredients
- 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Nutmeg
Directions
- Combine Large eggs, sugar and salt. Scald lowfat milk and stir into egg mix. add in vanilla and pour into custard c.. Sprinkle with nutmeg and bake at 325 degrees for 30 min. Serves 6.
