Ingredients
- 7 lb Spareribs
- 5 1/2 lb Luau leaf (taro)
- 1/4 c. Hawaiian rock salt
Directions
- In a large pot cover spareribs with water, add in salt and simmer for four hrs. Clean luau leaves, in separate pot, cover leaves with water and simmer for 2 hrs. When tender drain leaves and let stand. Add in luau leaves to ribs 45 min before ribs are done. Serve warm.
