Ingredients
- 1 cup Splenda
- 1 cup brown "sugar" Splenda
- 1/2 cup vanilla
- 4 logs Neufchatel cheese, very soft
- 2 bags whipped topping
- 1 pint skim milk (16 oz)
- graham meal
Directions
- Mix the two Splendas and the skim milk in a mixing bowl.
- Add the cheese and mix on low speed.
- Add the vanilla and whipped topping and mix on low speed.
- Turn the speed up to medium and mix for 1-2 minutes.
- Put graham meal in cup, fill with cheesecake mix, top with a little whipped topping, and add some graham crumbs.
