- 1/2 c. Fresh basil, firmly packed
- 1/2 c. Grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1 x Garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp. Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute
Directions
- Combine spinach, basil, Parmesan cheese, and garlic in food processor and pulse till well combined. Add in egg substitute and process until nearly smooth.
