- Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x Garlic cloves
- 1 c. Low-fat ricotta cheese
- 1/4 c. Basil leaves
- 1/4 c. Parsley leaves
- 1/4 c. Non-fat lowfat milk Salt and pepper Parmesan cheese for garnish Basil for garnish
- 1 lb Fettucine pasta
Directions
- Directions: Sautee garlic cloves in extra virgin olive oil till golden brown and soft. Place garlic, ricotta, basil and parsley in the blender. Puree till smooth. Add in non-fat lowfat milk to adjust consistency. Season with salt and pepper and toss with pasta. Garnish and serve.
