Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Sunflower oil
- 2 Tbsp. Molasses
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 x Egg white
- 3 Tbsp. Water
- 3/4 tsp Vanilla
- 2 c. Rolled oats
- 1/2 c. White flour
- 1/3 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 c. Walnuts minced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Cream oil and molasses and honey. Fold in egg white, water and vanilla. Add in dry ingredients. Don't over-mix. Drop by tsp. on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 min or possibly till brown.
