Ingredients

  • 2 c. low-fat lowfat yoghurt
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 x egg whites
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. rolled oats
  • 1 c. oat bran
  • 11/20 c. flour
  • 1 1/20 Tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F, prepare pans. Combine wet mix ingredients & mix well.
  2. Add in the dry mix to the wet mix till just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 20-25 mins.
  3. Makes 20 muffins. Watching your cholesterol isn't at all difficult when you can make muffins like this to have with a c. of tea.
