  • 1/4 c. Nonfat Dry Lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Polyunsaturated Vegetable Oil
  • 7 dsh Yellow Food Coloring

Directions

  1. 1. Put egg whites, dry lowfat milk, oil and food coloring into a blender jar.
  2. 2. Blend till smooth.
  3. 3. Store in a tightly covered jar in refrigerator for no more than 1 week, but it may also be frzn.
  4. 4. To use, substitute 1/4 c. for each egg called for.
