Ingredients
- Low Calorie
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. applesauce
- 1/4 c. corn oil
- 3 egg whites
- 3 T skim lowfat milk
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1/2 c. nuts, minced
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (may be omitted)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
- Put together sugar, applesauce, oil, egg whites, and lowfat milk in a large bowl; mix thoroughly. Add in dry ingredients. Mix till well blended. Stir in nuts. Bake in an oiled and lightly floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan in a 350 degrees oven for 60 to 70 min or possibly till tester comes out clean.
