Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. veg. oil
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 c. raisins
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 T cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd cloves
- 1 (1 pound) can applesauce (2 c.)
Directions
- Put all ingredients together and stir till well mixed with a spoon. Put into greased and lightly floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 min. Cool in pan 10 min before removing.
