Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp chili pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 pch dry oregano
  • 1 pch dry thyme
  • 2 x rib eye steak

Directions

  1. Preheat the barbecue to medium-warm.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients except the steaks together till well-blended. Sprinkle the rub on the steaks and barbecue till done, about 5 min each side for medium.
