Ingredients
- 1 c. plain flour
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Dash of garlic
- 1/2 c. cornstarch
- 1/4 tbsp. salt
- 3/4 c. water
Directions
- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Beat till smooth.
- Dip fish into batter.
- Heat oil of choice to 400 degrees and fry until fish is done and golden brown.
