  1. Drain mushrooms and reserve liquid. Add in to broth to make 2 c.. Boil onion and wild rice, then simmer in broth 20 min. Add in long grain rice, bring to boil again - reduce heat and simmer 20 min. Add in mushrooms and butter till heated. Serves 6 to 8.
