Directions

  1. Sprinkle both sides with meat tenderizer; don't salt. With a fork pierce all surfaces at 1 inch intervals. Cover and chill overnight.
  2. For rare steak, broil 3-4 inches from heat for 10 min; turn and broil 8 min. For medium doneness, broil 5-6 inches from heat for 12 min; turn and broil 10 min. Prepare sauce while steak cooks.
