  • Top round steak, cut for London Broil
  • Soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. red wine
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 teaspoon and grnd ginger

Directions

  1. In flat Pyrex glass pan, put 1/2 inch soy sauce, wine, garlic, oil and grnd ginger. Let meat sit in juice for at least 4 hrs. Barbecue till done.
