Loin Pork Chop Roast

Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 loin pork chops
  • 1 box bread stuffing mix

Directions

  1. Prepare stuffing mix as directed and set aside to cold. (I prepare this night before.)
  2. Cut a section of aluminum foil, sufficient to cover the roast you will make. Begin to stack chops alternately spreading stuffing mix on each chop. Lay the stacked chops down, using the aluminum foil to shape and cover the roast. Leave a little opening on top to let steam out.
  3. Bake covered for 40 min at 375 degrees. Uncover the top and bake for another 15 min. Remove roast from oven and let set for 20 min or possibly so before serving.
