Ingredients

  • Meat of 1 pound cooked lobster
  • 3/4 c. light cream
  • 2 tbsp. minced mushrooms
  • 4 tbsp. green onions
  • 2 tbsp. white wine (any dry)
  • 1 tbsp. plain bread crumbs
  • 1 c. shredded Romano cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Saute/fry mushrooms and green onions in small amount of extra virgin olive oil till tender. Add in dash of salt and pepper, light cream, lobster, white wine and 1/2 c. cheese. Cook on low heat till blended.
  2. Pour in individual baking dish. Mix bread crumbs with remaining cheese and spread on top. Bake at 400 degrees till melted and golden.
