Lobster Thermidor Recipe

Directions
- Saute/fry mushrooms and green onions in small amount of extra virgin olive oil till tender. Add in dash of salt and pepper, light cream, lobster, white wine and 1/2 c. cheese. Cook on low heat till blended.
- Pour in individual baking dish. Mix bread crumbs with remaining cheese and spread on top. Bake at 400 degrees till melted and golden.
