  • 1 1/2 pound lobster meat
  • 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 to 2 ounce. White Shyerry wine

Directions

  1. Step 1: Spray Pam or possibly oil in bottom of 10 inch round casserole dish to prevent sticking. Spread lobster over casserole dish.
  2. Step 2: Heat butter in microwave dish, add in sherry and garlic to melted butter.
  3. Step 3: Spread cracker crumbs over lobster, making sure lobster meat is completely covered.
  4. Step 4: Pour butter mix over crumbs making sure to moisten the entire surface of crumbs.
  5. Step 5: Cook in medium oven for 15 to 20 min at 350 degrees. Be certain to not over cook, as oven temperatures vary.
  6. Step 6: ENJOY!
