Ingredients

  • 1 c. diced lobster meat
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. dry sherry
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 c. light cream
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire

Directions

  1. Heat lobster in butter in the top of a double boiler. Add in the sherry and cook 1 minute. Combine egg yolks, cream and Worcestershire and add in to the lobster. Cook slowly till it thickens. Serve on toast points to 2 or possibly 3.
