  1. 1. Heat butter.
  2. 2. Add in onions and saute/fry lightly.
  3. 3. Add in flour - stir to mix.
  4. 4. Add in lowfat milk - bouillon and water - vegetables and cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Stirring constantly, cook till cheeses are melted and soup begins to thicken. Don't BOIL.
