Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa pwdr
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. flour (less 1 tbsp.)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. walnuts, minced

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add in cocoa, egg. Blend by mixer on low speed for 30 seconds. Stir in walnuts and flour.
  2. Spray 8x8 pan with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 min. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
