  • 3 chicken breasts, skin off
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 c. tomato juice
  • Oregano to taste
  • Garlic, chopped to taste

Directions

  1. Place onions, peppers in a baking dish, then chicken, bone side down. Add in tomato, oregano, garlic. Cover; bake 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees. Serve with rice.
