Liz's Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
  • 3/4 c. light brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. light corn syrup
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 tbsp. bourbon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 ounce. (about 3/4 c.) semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 ounce. (about 1 c.) pecan halves

Directions

  1. In large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup. Mix at medium, add in Large eggs one at a time, till fluffy. Beat in bourbon and vanilla. Sprinkle chocolate chips over bottom of chilled crust. Sprinkle pecans over chocolate chips. Pour in filling and bake in center of oven at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 min.
