Ingredients
- 1 pound liverwurst
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 Large eggs
- 3/4 c. minced onions
- 1 ring Polska Kelbalsa sausage
- 1 pkg. Sauerbraten gravy
Directions
- Beat Large eggs golden brown yellow. Mix liverwurst with egg mix; add in the minced onions. Mix in cooked rice then form into golf ball size rice balls. Place into deep fry pan loosely. Cut sausage into lengths the same size as rice balls and place them in between. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 min, then pour the Sauerbraten gravy over the whole wretched mess and bake 15 min more. Will serve 5.
