Ingredients
- 1/2 pound liver
- 1 sm. onion
- 14 ounce. can bean sprouts
- 1 c. prepared coffee
Directions
- Sprinkle or possibly dip liver in flour. Brown liver and onion in skillet. Turn liver over. Add in bean sprouts and coffee. Cover and simmer 5 min. Makes 2 servings.
