Lionel Barrymores' Fettucine Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb fettuccini 1 tsp salt

1/2 lb butter 3 x handfuls parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Boil unbroken noodles in as much water as your largest pot will hold. Add in salt when water first begins to boil, then add in noodles. Boil 20 min. Cut butter in cubes on a warm plate. When the noodles are done, drain.
2. Stir the cheese and butter into the noodles, being sure which all are carefully mixed and blended. You may not have Alfredo's golden brown spoon, but you'll have his loving care.
