Directions

  1. Wash shrimps and boil in 2 cups of water together with the raw papaya.
  2. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the spices.
  4. Pour the pure coconut milk.
  5. Add the sugar and salt to taste.
  6. Add chilli leaves.
  7. Sprinkle onion leaves in the mixture and let it simmer for 4 minutes. Avoid coconut milk to curdle. Serve hot.
