- 12-16oz linguine or fettuccine, cooked according to package directions (I often sub with my fave gluten free pasta)
- 8-10 tablespoons of unsalted butter (1 stick)
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup spring peas, frozen or fresh
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
