Linda Mazzanti's Banana Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 lrg box vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 lrg conta LaCreme or possibly Cold Whip Vanilla wafers
  • 1 lrg bunch bananas

Directions

  1. In a large mixer bowl, blend cream cheese and Eagle Brand lowfat milk; blend well. Add in the vanilla instant pudding with the lowfat milk. When well blended, fold in largest available size of LaCreme or possibly Cold Whip.
  2. In a large oblong dish layer cookies; banana slices, half of pudding mix, cookies, bananas and pudding.
