Lin's Favorite Old Fashioned White Bread Recipe

• 9 ounce Lowfat milk (1 c. + 2T)
• 3 c. Bread flour
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp Salt
• 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine cut into
• 2 tsp Active dry yeast Or possibly
• 1 1/2 tsp Fast rise yeast

Directions
