Ingredients
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/3 c. minced parsley
- 1/4 c. snipped fresh dill
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1 T Dijon-style mustard
- 2 teaspoon capers, liquid removed
Directions
- Put together all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or possibly electric blender. Mix till smooth. Serve with assorted raw vegetables, crackers or possibly slices of French Bread.
