Let’s Cook #20 ~ Protein Rich Food Recipe
by Radhika

Proteins play a vital part in our diet as it not only acts as a body builder but also serve as a fuel source. At this instance I would like to inform you all that my underweight youngest son aged 10 who weighed just 19 kgs increased by 4 kgs in the past 4 months when his Doctor put him on a high protein diet.

I just made sure that I cooked up dishes that were high in proteins in the way he liked which made this possible. Not only that Protein can help you shed unwanted pounds and keep your belly full at the same time. But it's also important to eat the right amount and the right kind of protein to get the health benefits.

The vegetarian food that are high in protein are milk products, eggs, beans and soy products and for the non- vegetarians consuming sea food, white meat can help them get their daily dose of proteins.

So this month let us all whip up some yummy finger licking food that are high in proteins.
