Ingredients
- 5 pound mildly flavored honey
- 1 1/2 quart. warm water
- 2 quart. lemon juice
- 2 1/2 gal. cool water
Directions
- Dissolve honey in hot water. Cool. Add in lemon juice. Pour into cold water. Pour over ice.Yield: 5 gallons.
- Recipe may be halved to make 2 1/2 gallons.
