Ingredients
- 1 pkt Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Deluxe Cake mix
- 1 pkt lemon instant pudding mix, (4 serving size)
- 1/2 c. Crisco oil
- 1 c. water
- 4 x Large eggs
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in large bowl, then beat at medium speed for 2 min.
- Bake in a greased and floured 10" tube pan at 350 degrees for about 45 - 55 min, till center springs back when touched lightly.
- Cold right side up for about 25 min, then remove from pan.
- GLAZE: 1 C. confectioners sugar 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk or possibly lemon juice
- Blend together then drizzle over cake.
- NOTE: Be sure to use Crisco oil as some other oils may cause the cake to fall.
