- For the chicken:

- 1/2 cup (4oz, 120ml) white wine
- 2 tbs fresh lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
- For the salad:
- 6oz (180gr) fresh spinach
- 2 green garlic or 2 green onions and 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbs fresh lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
- 1 tbs olive oil
