Ingredients
- 1 x chicken, cut in half lengthwise
- 4 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt or possibly to taste
- 1/2 tsp grnd pepper
Directions
- Grill chicken halves 5 to 6 inches above medium-warm coals for 35 to 45 min or possibly till cooked through. In a small saucepan combine remaining ingredients. Make sauce of butter or possibly margarine, paprika, sugar, lemon juice and Worcestershire. Turn and baste chicken with butter sauce 2 to 3 times.
