Ingredients

  • Lemon Juice 1.5 lt
  • Water 1.5lt
  • Vinegar Clear 750ml
  • Sugar 1kg
  • Salt 80gr
  • Custard Powder 3gr
  • Salt and pepper To tast

Directions

  1. • All mixed together
  2. • Boiled just boiling
  3. • When finish sauce
  4. • Just add the custard powder
  5. • Salt and pepper
  6. • Chicken sliced marinated with salt ,pepper ,egg custard powder, plan flour
  7. • After Marinating put in the Hong Kong powder deep fried.
