Ingredients

  • 8 pounds small red potatoes
  • 2 lemons (juice)
  • 2 springs fresh Rosemary
  • S & P, to taste

Directions

  1. Rinse red potatoes (peel in the center only), add into a large skillet with 1/4 cup water and lemon juice, cover and steam cook 15 minutes, add fresh rosemary, s & p
  2. Plate and serve
