  • 1/2 cup uncle Ben’s long grain white rice
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley leaves
  • 3 garlic cloves thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cube beef or chicken bouillon (low sodium)
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 1/3 cup boiling water
