Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Cod fillets, or possibly other white fish
  • 1 Tbsp. Plus 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon pepper

Directions

  1. Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 F. Arrange fillets in baking dish. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and lemon pepper. Bake 10-12 min or possibly till fish is opaque throughout.
