Ingredients

  • Lemon Curd
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cups Meyer lemon juice, or fresh lemon juice
  • 6 TBS unsalted butter, cut into bits
  • Meringue Frosting – adapted from Food-network-kitchens
  • 4 large egg whites
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
  • Pinch cream of tartar
  • Pinch fine sea salt
