Quick and very easy dessert! Tastes great!
Ingredients
- 1 can sweeten condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/4th to1/2 cup of lemon juice(fresh is best)
- 1 ready made vanilla wafer or gram. cracker crust
Directions
- Add egg yolks,swt. cond. milk ,and lemon juice in a med. bowl
- Beat until creamy and starts to thicken
- pour into pie crust and chill about 2 hrs
- I like it best with a dollop of whipped cream on top!
