Quick and very easy dessert! Tastes great!

  • 1 can sweeten condensed milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/4th to1/2 cup of lemon juice(fresh is best)
  • 1 ready made vanilla wafer or gram. cracker crust

Directions

  1. Add egg yolks,swt. cond. milk ,and lemon juice in a med. bowl
  2. Beat until creamy and starts to thicken
  3. pour into pie crust and chill about 2 hrs
  4. I like it best with a dollop of whipped cream on top!
