- 1/2 c fresh lemon juice
- Rinds of lemons used for juice above, grated
- 2 cups cream
- 1.25 cups Nabisco Famous chocolate wafers, smashed to crumbs
- 1.25 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1. Combine cookie crumb, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter.
- Press into pie pan and bake at 425 degrees for five minutes.
- Do not overbake!
- Mix lemon juice, lemon rind, remaining sugar (1 cup), and cream.
- Pour filling into crust and freeze
