Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar. Add in well beaten egg yolks and flour; beat well. Add in lowfat milk and grated lemon rind and juice. Mix in well beaten egg whites.Put into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle cinnamon over top. Bake like custard pie at 425 degrees for 10 min, then turn down to 350 degrees for 30 min.
