Lemon Blueberry Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 ounce Package lemon flavored Gelatin
  • 3 ounce Package black raspberry Gelatin
  • 1 c. Boiling water
  • 1/2 c. Cool water
  • 21 ounce Can blueberry pie filling
  • 1/4 c. Sifted confectioners sugar
  • 1 c. Dairy lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Dissolve gelatins together in boiling water. Add in cool water and lemon juice. Gradually stir into pie filling. Pour into 8x8x2 inch baking dish.
  2. Refrigerateuntil hard. Fold sugar into lowfat sour cream just until blended. Spread over gelatin.
