Ingredients

1/4 c. Fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. Water
1 tsp Dry basil, crushed Or possibly
1 Tbsp. Fresh basil, minced

1 tsp Vegetable oil
1/2 Tbsp. Lemon peel
1/4 tsp Black pepper, coarsely grnd

Directions

Combine all ingredients, stirring till well blended.
