Lemon Basil is like music to my ears.

This is just another of the many delicious ways to use that Lemon Basil herb plant that I bought earlier this summer at the Farmer’s Market.

Don’t fret, you can use regular basil too. I just happen to love the incredible lemon scent in this herb.

Somehow, I want to capture a little bit of summer in a jar. You know for those long cold, rainy winter months ahead.

I am a sunshine and smiles kind of girl. Warm woolen mittens I am not.

Okay so the only thing I enjoy about the winter months are the comfort foods that go along with it. You know the one’s that warm us up inside and out. I am definitely looking forward to many of those kids of dishes in my kitchen.

What are some of your favorite Fall and Winter recipes to cook?

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
