  • ½ Cup (1 Stick) (113 g) Unsalted Butter, room temperature
  • ¼ Cup (25 g) Confectioner’s Sugar
  • 1 Cup (130 g) All Purpose Flour
  • 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
  • Lemon Filling
  • 1 Cup (200 g) Granulated Sugar (I used 180 g)
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup (80 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice (approximately 2 large lemons)
  • 1 Tbsp (5 g) Lemon Zest
  • 2 Tbsp (25 g) All Purpose Flour
  • Garnish
  • Confectioner’s Sugar
