  1. Thaw fish if frozen
  2. Melt margarine mix with lemon juice and seasonings.
  3. Bake fish at 375 F for about 10 minutes for each innch of thickned or until fish flakes easily with a fork when tested - internal tempurature should be 145 F.
  4. Transfer to 12x10x2 inch pans.
  5. Dip each piece of fish into seasoned fat.
  6. Place close together in single layer in greased baking pans.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
