Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 c. fresh rosemary spikes
  • 2 x lemons, zest of
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 8 x steaks of your choice

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the steaks and whisk together well. Add in the steaks and allow to marinate in the fridge for 4 to 6 hrs or possibly overnight. Turn the steaks at least twice during this time.
  2. Remove the steaks from the marinade and barbecue or possibly grill to required doneness, brushing with a little marinade during cooking but discarding any left over marinade.
